• Site — the web pages at the Vast Sale domain.
• Materials — articles, guides and other content (free and paid).
• Services — paid setup and support work.
• User — a person using the Site.

2. Subject

The Site provides access to informational materials and paid services for migrating to and configuring hosting on Vast.ai. Materials are for reference only.

3. Paid materials and services

Some materials and all services are provided for a fee under the Public Offer Agreement. Payment is a one-time charge; access to purchased materials remains in your account.

4. Intellectual property

All Site materials are protected by law. Copying, publishing or reselling paid materials without written permission is prohibited.

5. Disclaimer

Materials are not a guarantee of income or results; any decisions you make are your own. Vast Sale is independent and not affiliated with Vast.ai or Clore; all trademarks belong to their owners.

6. Final provisions

These Terms may change; the current version is published on the Site. The law of the Russian Federation applies; disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing that, under the laws of the Russian Federation.
