This document is a public offer for the paid materials and services of the Flux Site. Payment constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the offer.
1. Subject
The provider grants access to paid materials and performs Vast.ai hosting setup and support, and the customer pays per the Site pricing.
2. Price and payment
Prices are shown on the Site. Payment is made via SBP, bank card or cryptocurrency. Access opens after payment confirmation.
3. Guarantees and refunds
Services carry a launch guarantee: if the work is not completed, payment is refunded on agreed terms. For paid materials, a refund is made if access was not provided.
4. Liability
The provider is not responsible for the customer income or the consequences of their own actions. The parties are released from liability under force majeure. Details and contacts are in the Requisites section.
